Overview. velakori.com is operated by Velakori LLC ("Velakori," "we," "us"). By visiting our site or buying from us, you agree to these terms and to our Shipping, Return and Privacy policies.

Products. Our jewelry is made from 316L stainless steel with a PVD finish. We show colors and details as accurately as we can, but screens vary and small differences in finish are normal. Descriptions such as "waterproof" and "tarnish-resistant" describe normal everyday wear and aren't a guarantee against misuse.

Pricing and availability. Prices are in US dollars and can change without notice. We may limit quantities, discontinue products or cancel an order if an item is out of stock or was listed at an obvious pricing error. If we cancel, you'll get a full refund.

Orders and payment. Placing an order is an offer to buy. It's accepted when we ship it. We may refuse or cancel orders that appear fraudulent or are placed by resellers.

Intellectual property. All site content, including the Velakori name, logo, photos and text, belongs to us and can't be used without written permission.

Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that item.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kentucky, USA.

Changes. We may update these terms. The version posted on this page applies to purchases made after it was posted.
