Shipping policy

Free US shipping on orders over $50. Orders under $50 ship for a flat $4.95. Your shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Processing time. We pack and ship every order from the US within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends ship the next business day.

Delivery time. Standard shipping arrives in 3–5 business days after your order ships. Need it sooner? Choose Express ($15) at checkout for 1–2 business days. During holidays and sales, carriers can run a few days slower.

Tracking. You'll get an email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Where we ship. We currently ship within the United States, including APO/FPO addresses. We don't ship internationally yet.

Wrong address. Please double-check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email support@velakori.com right away. We can update it only if the order hasn't shipped yet. We aren't responsible for orders delivered to an address entered incorrectly.

Lost or stolen packages. If tracking shows your order as delivered but you can't find it, check with neighbors and your local post office, then email us within 7 days. We'll work with the carrier to find it. If it isn't found, we'll help make it right.

Damaged in transit. Email a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement free.
